* general: responsible of business distribution at the representative office, primarily targeting regional distributors.
* sales strategy & marketing: promote regional products/solutions and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase product availability through different distribution channels.
* performance management: set sales targets for assigned territories, monitor sales performance, and conduct regular business reviews.
* market analysis: conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyze customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
