what you´ll do
* executes tasks relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines.
* researches, compiles and issues special reports, financial data, presentations, organizational charts, etc. .
* provides financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend.
* provides information by answering questions and requests within the organization and team.
* arranges business-critical internal/external events, including itineraries, accommodation, registration, etc.
* manages leadership's calendar, ensures timeliness and completeness.
* coordinates meetings and creates agendas, records, and meeting minutes.
* makes business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for leadership and/or team members.
what makes you a good fit
* bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategic support roles, ideally in fmcg or multinational environments.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., power bi, tableau).
* excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* high degree of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in english; additional languages a plus.
