**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute **preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs** to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns, coordinating resources to restore operations efficiently.
- Diagnose, repair, and adjust **electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems**, including **PLC troubleshooting and controls**.
- Use **CMMS platforms** (e.g., MVP One, SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint) to manage work orders, track execution, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and improve **KPIs and OEE**, investigate shortfalls, and implement corrective actions to stabilize and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with **Production, Engineering, and EHS teams** to align maintenance efforts with plant goals and regulatory compliance.
- Control maintenance-related spending in support of a cost-conscious culture.
- Act as **technical expert and coach**, providing hands-on support and guidance to the maintenance team.
- Identify **training and development opportunities** to elevate team capabilities and safety awareness.
- Hold personnel accountable for completing work within established time and quality expectations.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members, fostering a culture of trust, discipline, and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- English level B2
- Minimum **7 years of industrial maintenance experience**, with at least **4 years in a supervisory role**.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in **mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, automation, troubleshooting, and diagnostics**.
- Familiarity with **Lean Maintenance, TPM, or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)** methodologies.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Calm, methodical demeanor under pressure in fast-paced environments.
