*key responsibilities*
- lead and execute *preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs* to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns, coordinating resources to restore operations efficiently.
- diagnose, repair, and adjust *electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems*, including *plc troubleshooting and controls*.
- use *cmms platforms* (e.g., mvp one, sap pm, maximo, emaint) to manage work orders, track execution, and maintain accurate records.
- monitor and improve *kpis and oee*, investigate shortfalls, and implement corrective actions to stabilize and enhance performance.
- collaborate with *production, engineering, and ehs teams* to align maintenance efforts with plant goals and regulatory compliance.
- control maintenance-related spending in support of a cost-conscious culture.
- act as *technical expert and coach*, providing hands-on support and guidance to the maintenance team.
- identify *training and development opportunities* to elevate team capabilities and safety awareness.
- hold personnel accountable for completing work within established time and quality expectations.
- build strong, collaborative relationships with team members, fostering a culture of trust, discipline, and continuous improvement.
*qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in engineering
- english level b2
- minimum *7 years of industrial maintenance experience*, with at least *4 years in a supervisory role*.
- strong technical knowledge and practical experience in *mechanical systems, electrical systems, plcs, automation, troubleshooting, and diagnostics*.
- familiarity with *lean maintenance, tpm, or reliability-centered maintenance (rcm)* methodologies.
- excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
