a technician with flexibility and adaptability to make quick decisions based on results.
a technician with monitors all phases of the project until its closure.
a technician with can communicate and work with multidisciplinary teams in spanish, english is a plus.
experience / qualifications:
- engineering career focused on manufacturing processes (industrial, electronic, mechanical, etc.).
- english a1
- desirable experience >1 years:
- manufacturing process (soldering, welder, dispensing, press fit, assembly, etc.).
- problem solving.
- core tools: advanced product quality planning (apqp), failure mode and effect analysis (fmea), production part approval process (ppap), statistical process control (spc), measure system analysis (msa)
- software: minitab, solid works, microsoft office (excel, word, power point, outlook, team, project).
- manufacturing process documentation.
- knowledge in: electrical functional test and electromechanical components, pneumatics and electronic.
- six sigma (plus)
- english b1 (plus)
- equipment and maintenance experience (plus)
*responsibilities*:
- support to developing or improved manufacturing and testing processes to assure product specifications according to project type.
- support to management sample build and document results.
- support to developing or validations of new/improvement process or new products (msa, spc, cycle time, etc.).
- process documentation: equipment specification, flow diagrams, process failure mode and effect analysis (pfmea), control plan, work instruction, visual aids, analysis reports, etc.
- root cause analysis and counter measurement implementation through methodologies: define measure analysis improve control (dmaic), red x, a3, planning do check action (pdca), 8d, etc.
- transfer knowledge of new/improvement process or new products to final users (make site).
- support for equipment cost estimations, recurred resource, budget management and roadmaps.
- following and close in time action for each project phase.
