about the role: develop and manage the importation and domestic transportation process to ensure material availability at the plant and/or bitron facilities, aligned with regulatory compliance of international and local legislation, while meeting business needs focused on the supply chain.

main responsibilities

• coordinate international transportation operations (air, ocean, and ground) for import and/or export activities.
• coordinate and execute customs clearance processes for import and/or export shipments.
• monitor and follow up material transit activities from origin to destination with internal and external stakeholders.
• control and manage daily operations through reports and available operational tools.
• monitor and control transportation expenses through reports and available management tools.
• review and approve logistics service provider invoices.
• manage and maintain electronic records and documentation for import and/or export operations.
• implement and/or manage continuous improvement initiatives related to operational processes.

who we are looking for

• at least 2 years of experience as a traffic analyst.
• strong commitment, decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a well-organized work approach.
• knowledge and experience in customs declaration (pedimento) review.
• experience in shipment tracking and providing timely updates to internal users and stakeholders.
• knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements related to foreign trade operations.
• experience in preparing and maintaining foreign trade documentation files.
• experience reviewing and approving logistics and service provider invoices.
