Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across different client segments (smb, mid-market, enterprise). Understand client needs and deliver tailored cross-border payment solutions. Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting. Stay up to date with market trends and identify growth opportunities. Represent velafi in client meetings and industry events.requirements 3–7+ years of b2b sales experience in fintech, payments, fx, or related industries. Experience managing the full sales cycle. Exposure to cross-border payments, financial infrastructure, or apis. Proven ability to generate or manage significant payment volume (tpv). Strong understanding of latam markets. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
