ensure logistical compliance (routing, packing).
follow up on open orders.
support returns and warranties.
process improvement
define processes and policies with global leadership.
document sops.
identify opportunities for improvement.
participate in interdepartmental projects.
reports and analysis
generate performance reports.
analyze kpis and metrics.
provide actionable insights.
monitor key accounts.
education and experience
3+ years in sales operations, vendor management, or a related field.
experience in cross-functional processes and teamwork.
experience in the retail, fitness, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
technical skills
proficient in microsoft office (excel, outlook, etc.).
experience with sap, hubspot, or crm systems.
data and systems management skills.
