While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

* planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests.
* displaying and encouraging teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
* maintaining company cooking standards and assuming responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others.

additional desired qualifications
* ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods.
* attention to detail in order to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards.
* minimum of one to two years gourmet culinary experience preferred.
