duties and responsibilities:
the duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description are to be used as guidelines and are not meant to be all-inclusive of the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

* communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
* building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
* collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
* collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
* keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
* maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
* resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
* identifying industry trends.
* acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
* develop with sales manager executable actions in support of the regional and global customer strategies for all product lines and your respective customers in your region.
* execute strategies to meet or exceed the sales targets (new business booking, margin increases, accounts receivable, etc).
* report to sales management status on specific customer targets.
* report and develop strategies to address critical global customer concerns for the specific customer.
* customer onsite visits to help build relationships.
