*responsibilities*:
*the opportunity*:
supervise the registration of the ordinary and special payroll of all the bus of camnorth, chile and brazil according to the policies, procedures, gcs controls and government laws for the timely registration, validation and delivery of information for decision-making in the processes accountants.
*your impact*:
as analista contable de nominas your responsibilities would consist of
- coordinate and guarantee the accounting closure to guarantee the accounting record of expenses for financial statements
- generate and analyze the budget (aop / fcst) for main accounts to control expenses
- supervise and ensure the compliance with sox and gcs controls and procedures
- manage and follow up of the collection of services for employees with international assignment in order to reduce impacts for the company
- validate in adats the tax documents (xml and pdf) of all payroll records registered for expenses (electronic accounting)
- validate and update of both "texto línea" or "texto cabecera" catalogues in order to comply with tax reform of electronic accounting
- do the monthly balance sheet review (bsr) presentation
- do the monthly cash flow presentation
- promote and supervising team participation and activily participate in projects and initiatives that allow the improvement and efficiency of payroll processes.
- ensure the compliance of controls sox and gcs and audits requirements through the delivery of information generated during payroll accounting process execution
qualifications:

- 3 years of experience as payroll accounting
- intermediate english
- advanced office package
- sap knowledge (preferably)
