*responsibilities*
- engage with business stakeholders to identify key personas and define essential product capabilities
- develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, including releases, initiatives, and long-term capabilities
- collaborate with business and technology teams to create a value-driven plan for product releases
- work with the ba and development teams to break down high-level backlogs into actionable stories and tasks
- conduct market research and ongoing customer interactions to recommend and specify requirements for product features
- map and document the customer journey to enhance user experience and product alignment
- track product milestones and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in software development
- at least 1 year of experience in leadership or team management roles
- proven ability to successfully launch products or key functionalities
- experience working with agile product development teams
- strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- ability to advocate for user-centric solutions, even in challenging situations
- skill in influencing decision-making across various roles and levels within the organization
- proficiency in managing client expectations effectively
- capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- experience conducting impact analysis, identifying process changes, performing testing, and communicating with business stakeholders
- adaptability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving business environments
- fluent english communication skills, both written and spoken, at a c1 level or higher

- background in the marketing industry
