Overview: the channel sales manager is responsible for driving sales through distribution channels for a range of building materials, including spc/wpc floor, pvc-pipe, hardware, sanitary ware, faucets, showers, and related products. This role involves building and managing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, as well as implementing channel strategies to increase product availability and market penetration. Channel development & management: identify and develop new distribution channels (wholesalers, retailers) for the company's building materials products. Sales strategy & target achievement: develop and implement effective sales strategies for each channel partner to meet or exceed sales targets. Promote the company's product range, including spc floor, hardware, sanitary ware, faucets, and showers, through channel partners. Channel partner support & relationship management: conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the building materials sector. Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify new opportunities for expanding the distribution network and optimizing product offerings. Qualifications: education: bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, construction management, or related fields. Work experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, ideally within the building materials, wpc/spc floor, ceramic tiles,hardware, or sanitary ware industries. Proven track record of building and managing successful distribution networks. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, particularly within the retail and wholesale sectors. Sales experiences in lamosa,interceramic,vitromex,tubería nacional (tubacero) are very preferred.
