*responsibilities*:
- lead the design and architecture of scalable salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- oversee and mentor a team of salesforce tech lead, developers, data analysts and integration developers providing guidance on design patterns, architectural best practices, and development methodologies.
- conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
- architect integrations between salesforce and external systems, leveraging rest and soap apis for seamless data flow.
- define the system architecture landscape, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
- implement best practices for platform security, including authentication, data sharing, and encryption protocols.
- stay current with salesforce releases, trends, and features, recommending and implementing relevant updates to enhance system capabilities.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including devops, qa, and change management, to ensure smooth deployments and optimal performance.
- act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

- expertise in salesforce integration techniques, including experience with rest/soap apis and data integration tools.
- deep knowledge of data modeling, governance, and management practices within the salesforce environment.
- familiarity with implementing authentication & authorization (sso) with external systems as service provider or identity provider.
- familiarity with devops practices, ci/cd pipelines, and deployment automation tools.
- active salesforce certifications (e.g., application architect, system architect, technical architect) are highly preferred.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges proactively.
- excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and team mentorship.
*preferred experience*:
- salesforce commerce cloud, experience cloud, marketing cloud, sales cloud and its integration with other salesforce products.
- experience building experience cloud sites with lwr/lwc, coveo.
utilizing data cloud or similar platforms for data analytics and management.
- knowledge of sfdc environment management, release management, and version control methodologies.
