*what you will do in this role*:
the trade marketing wholesale channel manager will be accountable for maximizing the prominence of our brand portfolio to deliver the best shopper experience at the point of sales (pos) in the assigned accounts and boost take away within the shoppers and mid wholesale trade segment. Responsible for safeguarding and facilitating the implementation of brown-forman mexico´s look of success methodology, brown-forman´s commercial way, brown-forman´s way of building brands, as well as the timely reporting, tracking of implementation, and taking of corrective actions to optimize plan delivery within his/her channels and accounts.
this will be accomplished in a compliant manner with a high degree of integrity strictly following all brown-forman policies and all applicable mexican laws.

- lead contract negotiations with 3rd party providers as required.
- lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of the ideal execution standards "look of success" at a sub-channel level that when executed will achieve maximum outlet appeal for our brands and that is clearly defined & visualized to facilitate effective implementation by the commercial teams at customer plan & outlet execution levels. - develop insight-based shopper programs that maximize brand appeal in the market. Programs can be at a category, brand, channel, or customer level.
- understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and the strategic direction of accounts.
- collaborate with internal key stakeholders on identifying business opportunities and developing appropriate tactics and strategies to accelerate velocity in collaboration with sales, field sales operations, finance & marketing.
- participate in market & customer visits to support the sales teams in identifying potential opportunities.
- salesforce training related to shopper marketing activities such as product launching, tastings, and plan execution.
- responsible for planning & key stakeholders coordination of expos & events in wholesales / "licoreros" customers.
- assures the correct execution of the annual shopper calendar plan including loyalty program, visibility plans, pop material, sales force contests, and all plans aimed to increase takeaway aligned to brown-forman mexico policies and procedures.
- periodically analyze the results of the initiatives/activities implemented in the different channels/customers provided by commercial finance and competitor promotion and activities tracking.

- selection of materials aligned to the strategy by brand, useful and valuable for the sales teams and customers

- track assigned kpis, providing adequate coaching and feedback to develop sound plans of action.
- coordinate activities through effective leadership and communication with other areas to ensure customers' needs are met.
