job description
• reporting to the fulfillment unit manager and assisting in monitoring, controlling development and execution of logistic/goods flow action plans.
• leading a team of managers and co-workers ensuring logistics cooperates with the commercial team with a focus on a high level of commerciality in different areas, such as marketing activities and campaigns, departmental re-builds, and commercial merchandising.
• planning, organizing, and monitoring store goods flow process from receiving to sales locations replenishment, fulfilling the goal to be ready before store opening. Contributing heavily to the outflow with a focus on e-commerce implementation by planning, organizing, and monitoring picking and packing processes.
• contributing to the range management process by adhering to efficient and smooth phase in and phase out procedures (space dimensioning and goods allocation).
• optimizing the utilization of existing store logistics capacities (space, equipment, and people) and goods allocation, along with planning of resources.
• responsible for the optimization of the total supply chain costs by monitoring and providing inputs about deviations from the “global service agreement ds/retail” (loading quality and arrival precision).
