requirements
candidates shall generally hold formal teaching or research positions at renowned overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate r&d centers, with at least three consecutive years of working experience. For those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas with exceptional achievements, the requirement for working years may be appropriately relaxed.
Possess ample research experience, innovative academic ideas and technical methods, be capable of proposing new research approaches, proactively undertaking research tasks, and promoting high‑quality research outputs.
Have achieved research or technological accomplishments recognized by peer experts, and demonstrate the development potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the relevant field.
Age is generally no more than 40 years old; the age limit may be relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

Generally hold a doctoral degree from a well‑known university or research institution at home or abroad, and have study or work experience in a renowned university (research institution) at home or abroad. The work experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed for candidates with outstanding research achievements.
Have participated in major research projects, published high‑level research papers, or independently engaged in specialized technology research and development in the field with excellent research outcomes.
Have a strong sense of teamwork, be able to actively participate in team research projects, undertake assigned research tasks, and have the potential to grow into a research backbone.
Age is generally no more than 35 years old; the age limit may be relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
Research support
