responsibilities
* manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* prepare financial reports, presentations for senior management, and budget analyses.
* coordinate communication between department leaders and key external contacts (vendors, auditors, banks).
* handle administrative tasks (purchase orders, payments, travel expenses, logistics for events and training).
* support month-end closings, budget reviews, and internal audits.
the ideal candidate should have:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* advanced proficiency in microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, outlook).
* basic knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance.
* experience preparing reports and executive-level presentations.
