What you will do
* conduct individual consultations with clients to assess their fitness, medical history and wellness goals.
* administer and interpret medical tests related to cardiorespiratory endurance, metabolic efficiency, range of motion, etc.
* explain test procedures, monitor patient safety and ensure accurate data collection.
* analyze assessment results to identify areas for improvement and provide clients with detailed information about their fitness and health, and incorporate the results into personalized exercise plans.
* educate clients on best practices for exercise, recovery and maintaining an active lifestyle. Provide educational resources on exercise physiology, heart health and metabolic function.
* provide ongoing support, motivation and guidance to clients as they work to achieve their fitness and health goals.
* work closely with physicians, nutritionists and other health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
* maintain detailed records of client evaluations, exercise prescriptions and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies.
* generate personalized insights and recommendations for clients based on their multidisciplinary data, in collaboration with the clinic's medical director and clinical staff.
* participate in client care meetings to ensure comprehensive health management.
* perform any additional assigned tasks or related projects.
requirements
* specialty in sports medicine.
* certification by the american college of sports medicine (acsm) or similar organization would be an asset.
* medical license and professional license in force in mexico without restrictions.
* experience in the performance of sports‑medical tests and in the interpretation of metabolic data.
* solid knowledge of exercise prescription and human physiology.
* excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers and co‑workers.
* he possesses the necessary skills to offer a personalized and high level of service to a demanding clientele.
* be comfortable in the dynamic and fast‑paced environment of a medical technology start‑up company.
* passion and expertise in the science of aging and longevity.
* ability to work in our mexico city clinic.
