you will receive your permanent 8-hour shift during your first week of training.training: 2 weeks, monday - friday, 9am-6pm est (onsite).
essential duties & responsibilities(other duties may be assigned)handle inbound prospect calls related to new internet service inquiries.use prepared scripts and consultative questioning to understand customer needs and recommend the best solution.effectively present product features, pricing, and promotions to influence purchasing decisions.build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and address customer questions with clarity and professionalism.work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.maintain general knowledge of company products, services, and processes.accurately capture customer information and enter data into crm systems.follow all quality assurance guidelines and call flow requirements.comply with company, client, and regulatory policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy.must haves2+ year of sales or customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
