Supply chain leadership opportunity
the company is seeking a seasoned supply chain director to lead the development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain strategies that drive business growth and success.
as a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a vision for the supply chain function, setting goals and objectives, and developing and implementing plans to achieve them.
this role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address complex business challenges.
main responsibilities:
* develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
* lead the development of demand forecasts and manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain performance.
* coordinate with key departments to establish and achieve forecasts.
requirements/skills:
* 15+ years of senior leadership experience leading supply planning functions.
* bachelor's degree or equivalent; mba preferred.
* fluent in english (additional languages an asset).
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
