Requirements
* bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronics, or related engineering field.
* 3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated process quality engineer (pqe) role.
* experience working with tier 1 suppliers or oems is highly preferred.
* experience in the following processes: lamination, cutting, sewing.
* professional english level.
* iatf 16949 internal auditor certification preferred.
* knowledge & skills: quality core tools (apqp, ppap, dfmea / pfmea, msa, spc tools & methodologies), problem‑solving methodologies, statistical analysis and data‑driven decision‑making, proficiency in minitab.
* process knowledge: strong understanding of production line processes, control plans (cp), standard inspection procedures (sip), quality systems, knowledge of iatf standards.
