what will you work on?
seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with proven ability and track record of international sales to handle spin master brands across european and global 3rd party distribution markets.
how will you create impact?
* develop bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs
* deliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time
* understand customers’ timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well
* work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basis
* develop innovative sales and marketing led account plans that will maximize spin master's performance within each account
* co‑ordinate marketing activity within your accounts to ensure delivery of planned volume, distribution and profit targets
* maximise account profitability through strategic business planning including, delivery of volume, revenue and margin and creative promotional work and good use of data to provide category solutions
* work closely with accounts to gain joint agreement on objectives for sales growth whilst managing each account selections process
* negotiate at senior level to ensure spin master maximizes the advantage of long term supply agreements and optimizes all elements of the marketing mix
* timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
* analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
what are your skills and experience?
* european account and / or distribution management experience essential
* demonstrated success launching and managing a business portfolio with national retailers and distributors
* fluency in english is a must; other european languages an asset, but not essential
* able to travel to europe, us, hk
