About the role: we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales development representative (sdr) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the north america market,and be skilled in leveraging ai tools to force multiply their efforts. Discover new accounts not created in our crm and ensure their accurate documentation within the system
* attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads (~ 4-8x a year )
* collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies
* utilize a variety of tools, including salesforce.com, sales navigator, lusha, outreach, and apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency
* engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs
* maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our crm system
minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound sales as an outbound sdr.
* proficiency in utilizing tools such as salesforce.com, sales navigator, lusha, outreach, apollo, zoominfo, etc.
* advanced english speaker.
* strong understanding of bant (budget, authority, need, timeline) qualification methodology
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
