the *supplier quality management cci team leader*, in line with vitesco technologies strategy direction *, strive and drive zero defect requirement to the supplier base, implement zero defect culture within the sqm organization and ensure best in class "consistent and sustainable" supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills
*main responsibilities*:
- leader of the sqm cci plants hub regional team within america; responsible for all the sqm cci plants hub activities applied in the region irrespective of the concerned bu; to stablish and maintain the appropriate sqm resources, ensure consistency in competence, motivation and efficiency of the team; to develop skills and competencies of the organization and to take care for the development of the team.
- implementation and control of failure prevention orientated advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase for supplied goods and services to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements (for mechanical parts).
- plan and drive process audits for the plant as planned and scheduled
- secure implementation and compliance to iatf and vda standards
- lessons learned & read across
- implement, maintain and control the efficiency of the defined supplier quality management system (procedures, guidelines and tools) in line with the vitesco technologies strategies in order to meet the cost
- and productivity targets
- drive root cause analysis and force the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures at the supplier and initiate supplier improvement programs to ensure that the components and the processes meet the defined quality requirements.
- support the central sqm, head of sqm region and bu sqm functions to define and to implement the global sqm system and the sqm procedures
- implement a continuous improvement process of all supplier quality related processes, guidelines and tools by intern audits, on site assessments, benchmarking and best practice sharing programs
- control the effectiveness of sqm procedures and drive the improvement programs"

*profile*
- engineering ( mechanical, industrial, electronics, mechatronics); 90% english language
- 5 years in quality and automotive industry
- knowledment on plastic injection, casting, chemicals, stamping
- leadership 3 years
- experience in working with international teams on quality issues
- understanding for different foreign cultures (na / asia, several european cultures)
