as a b2b sales professional, you will be responsible for fostering long-term business partnerships with clients in the u.s. and canada by understanding their recruitment needs in mexico and latin america.
key responsibilities:
* collaborate with qualified leads provided through targeted email outreach and phone calls.
* manage the entire sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
* conduct virtual product demonstrations and present solutions in a consultative manner.
* utilize email outreach as a primary communication and prospecting channel, supported by phone calls and professional networking.
* take ownership of assigned accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
* foster long-term partnerships by ensuring client satisfaction, success, and retention.
* collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
* maintain accurate pipeline records and detailed notes in crm software.
requirements:
* advanced or native-level english language proficiency (spoken & written).
* 4+ years of b2b sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, human resources services, or business process outsourcing.
* proven success selling to u.s. or canadian clients.
* strong track record of closing deals and managing accounts post-sale.
* excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional email outreach.
* certification in crm software (hubspot, salesforce, apollo).
* highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
* based in mexico, able to work north american time zones.
