Job Title: Call Center RepresentativeSkills: Call Center, customer service, Finance, BFSIExperience: 1 YearJob Location: Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 342, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX, MXOnsiteWe at Coforge are hiring Call Center Representative with the following skillset:- Handle inbound voice calls with professionalism and customer focus.- Provide support on the following products and services:- Credit Cards (including reporting lost/stolen cards)- Checking & Savings Accounts- Debit Cards- Online Accounts & Mobile Banking- Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits- Loans & Mortgages- Other voice-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.- Inform customers of account status and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).- Assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.- Document all interactions in the client’s system with accuracy and compliance.Requirements- 6–9 months of call center experience (BFSI experience preferred).- English proficiency: B2+ to C1.- Must live within 1.5 hours of the site.- Ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM).- Comfortable with schedule: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch .- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.Location: Mexico City (on-site)Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMExperience Required: 6–9 months in a call center environmentEnglish Level: B2+ to C1
