in this role, progressive experience in human resources, adept at managing diverse hr functions within dynamic environments. Fluent in both english and spanish, with a proven ability to engage effectively with various levels of leadership. responsibilities
i- background check process
ii-onboarding process from new joiners and/or rebadges
iii-employee file creation digital and in place with all the basic requirements
iv-administration of the welcome kits from new joiners
v- responsible to send the internal communications from new joiners inside the company that include the leaderships and supervisors.
vi - responsible to care the nhd and the distribution of the information with payroll and india, as long with the activation of the new joiners to company.
vii-care about the activation in the company, caring the salary as a key process.
viii- responsible to create and follow up the purchase orders from different internal services.
ix- support the internal events inside the company and being participate in the process.
x- keep continue communication with hiring and security area to ensure that process with new joiners are under the timelines as kpis.
xi- support all related the different audit process (isae, kpmg, sox, etc), being responsible to make sure that everything from the documents are ok.
xii-responsible to care the healthcare registration for new joiners and life insurance, funeral and medical excess.
xiii- being open to support other sitesand other teams if requiered.

• organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
• ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls and provide the best service

• anticipate by planning and time management: taking initiative and action with a clear business purpose in mind before others or the situation require it;

• decision making: taking calculated risk in complex, ambiguous or risky situations to force an issue or set a direction;
• implementation: setting stretched work standards and timely attain measurable outcomes;
