This role will play a strategic part in the end-to-end management of international operations and customer service, ensuring seamless execution of the export process, compliance across multiple markets, and excellence in service levels. bilingual customer service agent - soft sales (inbound only)
we’re looking for customer service agents with *soft sales skills* to support a u.s. energy company.
you’ll take inbound calls only (no cold calling), assisting customers placing orders or asking about their services.
*what you’ll do*
- handle inbound calls from u.s. customers (no outbound sales).
- assist customers with orders, payments, and account setup.
- provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service.
- identify opportunities to convert service calls into new account sign-ups (soft sales).
- follow up on new customer accounts and ensure successful onboarding.
