Job description:
as a seasoned content professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global content strategies that align with brand objectives, customer needs, and regional market demands.
key responsibilities:
* content strategy development: lead the creation and execution of content strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
* content optimisation & leveraging: identify and evaluate existing content assets to determine their potential as global master content.
* cross-regional collaboration: foster collaboration opportunities with regional teams to facilitate content co-creation initiatives.
content production & management:
you will work closely with the digital and marketing automation teams to ensure content workflows are optimised and automated, delivering personalised content at scale across various channels.
* marketing technology integration: ensure seamless integration of marketing technology to enhance content delivery.
* global master content creation: develop and produce global multi-channel master content in english.
* content gap analysis: systematically identify content gaps across markets.
performance & stakeholder management:
you will utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives, making adjustments and optimisations based on key performance indicators (kpis) to ensure content delivers real results.
* performance optimisation: continuously monitor and improve content performance using data-driven insights.
* stakeholder collaboration & communication: partner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across global initiatives.
qualifications:
to succeed in this role, you should have:
* at least 5 years of experience in related position, preferably in the fmcg context within a multinational company.
* a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven content strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
* strong understanding of seo, content performance metrics, and analytics tools to ensure continuous improvement.
* excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
* fluent in english (both writing and speaking). French, japanese or spanish a plus.
* ability to work a hybrid schedule, including regular office presence.
