You will report directly to our r&d manager and you’ll work out of our (city, state) location on a (hybrid, on-site, remote) work schedule.
in this role, you will impact the r&d process by overseeing project execution and guiding the team in developing solutions that enhance product performance and meet customer needs.

supervise and mentor r&d engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of r&d projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
plan, prioritize, and manage r&d projects from concept to production.
collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, science, or a related field.
bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in research and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
strong understanding of r&d processes and methodologies.
proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
experience with product lifecycle management (plm) and agile methodologies is a plus.
excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
