The account manager / project manager will play a key role in overseeing projects and maintaining client relationships. Using the *atlassian suite* (jira, jira service management, confluence), you’ll ensure seamless project tracking, support management, and knowledge sharing. *all client communication will be conducted in english*, making fluency in written and spoken english essential. Additionally, you’ll use tools like *slack* and *google meet* to facilitate strong client interactions.
*key responsibilities*
- serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction.
- facilitate project workflows using *jira*, manage support via *jira service management*, and maintain documentation in *confluence*.
- conduct regular video calls with clients using *zoom*, *google meet*, or similar platforms.
- provide consistent updates on project progress, deliverables, and timelines, addressing client concerns and requirements.
- manage client interactions and billing needs via *thiio*, our internal crm system.
- collaborate with the internal team using *google chat* to ensure alignment and resolve challenges proactively.
- support agile methodologies (scrum, kanban) for project planning and tracking.
- handle challenging conversations professionally when projects encounter obstacles.
- foster strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- use clockify to track personal time and to generate detailed reports for clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- proficiency in google sheets for organizing, analyzing, and presenting project data effectively
