principal objective of position

the purpose of the sales executive position is to present and involve our guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experience.


major duties and responsibilities

* prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming.
* adhere to standard work hours 7am – 4pm.
* greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner as specified during initial meeting.
* use approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
* achieve individual performance guidelines within established time frames and contribute to overall site vpg and closing percentage at budget levels.
* provide customer service to guests as specified in training and management directions.
* maintain high level of product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
* adhere to all policies, procedures, licensures, and certifications required.
* discuss terms, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers.
* gain commitment from guests to purchase effectively.
* complete demo and assessment rides regularly with team leaders and sales managers for coaching and motivation.
* participate in staff meetings, seminars, and training as required.


qualifications and competencies

bilingual fluency (english-spanish), availability for flexible schedules, and vacation ownership sales experience.

exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent communication skills, multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to detail, adaptability, and openness to differences.

additional key skills include sales ability/persuasiveness, work standards, building customer loyalty, teamwork, and leading by example.
