we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented business analyst to support an asset rationalization program, focusing on decommissioning factory assets and improving asset management processes. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, governance compliance, and operational efficiency.
key responsibilities
* lead decommission factory operations for asset decommissioning activities
* ensure governance compliance across asset rationalization processes
* support multiple asset portfolios and coordinate with ct teams and business stakeholders
* analyze asset management processes and identify improvement opportunities
* perform data analysis and reporting using excel
* build dashboards and reports using power bi
* develop automation solutions using powerapps
* prepare powerpoint presentations for senior stakeholders
* participate in cross-location stakeholder meetings and align project priorities
* manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
required skills & qualifications
* experience as a business analyst or similar role
* strong excel skills (advanced formulas and data analysis)
* experience with power bi for reporting and dashboards
* exposure to powerapps for workflow automation
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* strong presentation skills (powerpoint)
* ability to work independently and in a team
preferred skills
* sql and/or python knowledge is a plus
* experience in asset management or large-scale transformation projects
