*about the role*:
the gtm enablement coordinator, messaging, will develop and manage sales, cs, partner, and marketing collateral, focusing on aligning messaging across gtm functions.
*key responsibilities*:
- create and disseminate training materials and sales enablement collateral that reflect the company's value proposition.
- design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into fundraise up's ecosystem.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to create onboarding resources, documentation, and training materials.
- coordinate with gtm teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- develop training programs that include sales methodologies such as challenger sale and solution selling.
- track and measure the effectiveness of the enablement initiatives to continuously refine strategies.
- collaborate with reps to showcase the value proposition of new features and drive product adoption.
- orchestrate the translation of new product and market developments and insights to valuable, revenue-driving collateral and learning programs.
- steer the development of standardized value proposition, positioning, motion, and acumen trainings based on a deep understanding of the customer and the market.
*skills and qualifications*:
- experience in gtm functions with a solid understanding of marketing, channel, sales, and success processes and methodologies.
- proven ability in content creation and training program development.
- strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- experience with crm and sales enablement tools.
