job summary
we are seeking a skilled and motivated servicenow developer with hands‐on experience in developing and configuring servicenow modules, particularly itsm, itom, and asset management. This role requires strong scripting skills, integration experience, and a deep understanding of the servicenow platform. The developer will work closely with onshore teams to deliver high‐quality solutions that align with business objectives.
key responsibilities
* design, develop, and implement servicenow solutions across itsm, itom, and asset management modules.
* develop and maintain integrations between servicenow and external systems using rest/soap apis.
* collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of servicenow applications and scripts.
* maintain and enhance existing servicenow configurations and workflows.
* ensure adherence to best practices in servicenow development and platform governance.
* provide support for servicenow platform upgrades and patching.
* document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.

* strong experience with servicenow itsm, itom, and asset management modules.
* experience with servicenow flow designer and workflow editor.
* hands‐on experience with servicenow integrationhub, rest/soap apis.
* solid understanding of servicenow platform fundamentals and administration.
* familiarity with servicenow configuration management database (cmdb) and discovery.
