It prepares, validates, and documents datasets; standardizes kpis; and maintains executive-ready dashboards in partnership with it. The role performs descriptive and basic statistical analyses to surface trends, risks, and opportunities across people processes. It also supports efficiency initiatives (light automation/rpa and process simplification) and drives adoption through clear communication and training.essential functions- activities include defining data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling and visualization.- identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes and lead the projects.- examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making.- help curate content, run test prompts, capture feedback/metrics, and document learnings for hr ai use cases.- assist with simple workflows (rpa), template updates, and recurring automations.- configure models and core visuals in power bi, coordinate with it for advanced builds, schedule refreshes, and monitor performance/adoption.job profile- bachelor's degree in business administration engineering, economics, statistics, data science, computer science, or related.- advanced english- 2 years in analytics/bi or demonstrable project experience delivering power bi dashboards, data cleaning/validation.technical skills- excel (required)- ai/copilot literacy: prompt design.
