- supervises maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates.
communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.
- accomplishes maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.
- meets maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.
