*key responsibilities*:
- lead and manage *enterprise architecture projects* from planning through delivery.
- act as the primary point of contact for *us-based clients*, translating their business needs into project goals.
- develop and manage *detailed project plans*, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- use both *agile and waterfall* methodologies to adapt project execution based on context and client preference.
- foster *effective communication* across teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- identify potential *project risks* early and implement strategies for mitigation and resolution.
- prepare and deliver *regular status reports* to ensure transparency and accountability.
- promote *teamwork and excellence*, mentoring junior staff where applicable.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in *information technology, computer science, business administration*, or a related field.
- minimum *5 years* of experience as a project manager or program manager in it, with significant exposure to *enterprise architecture* initiatives.
- solid understanding of *enterprise architecture frameworks* (togaf, zachman, etc.) is a plus.
- expertise in *agile (scrum/kanban)* and *waterfall* project management methodologies.
- proven *leadership and stakeholder management* skills across diverse, global teams.
- excellent *written and verbal communication* in english.
- strong *organizational skills*, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- experience working with cross-functional tech teams (mainframe, web, cloud, data science) is an advantage.
