the main responsibilities are:
develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for mexico and central america
identify, open, and support new distributors (currently only 2 major distributors in mexico)
drive demand generation among mechanics, garages, and increase brand awareness
lead technical selling (b2b) with a focus on the mexican bike market
gather and report market intelligence: customer needs, product adaptation opportunities, competitor landscape
serve as the primary liaison with r&d for product customization for the mexican market
regularly report to the continental head of aftermarket
ensure accountability while operating with a high degree of independence
support and grow sales to reach $6-8m+ in the next 3-4 years
perfil buscado
minimum 6 yearsexperience in the aftermarket or spare parts sector, ideally in the two-wheeler market
proven track record in sales, business development, and channel management
deep understanding of the mexican and central american two-wheeler market
experience with technical selling and b2b environments
strong network among distributors, mechanics, and garages
ability to work independently with high accountability
experience in market intelligence and product adaptation
