key responsibilities: design and deploy manufacturing industrialization and engineering improvement strategies. Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, quality and safety. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers. Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and production teams. Identify emerging skills, manage habilitations, and foster technical competencies. Define and manage budgets in alignment with competitiveness objectives. Promote a strong culture of leadership, hse (health, safety & environment), and quality across the organization. Profile requirements: education: professional degree / bachelor’s degree experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing or industrial leadership role languages: english – fluent/ french – fluent
technical expertise: strong knowledge of manufacturing processes: cnc (turning, grinding, milling, drilling, shaping, edm), cmm, heat & surface treatments, ndt expertise in lean manufacturing and flow management proficient in data analysis and structured problem solving key competencies: collaborative and effective communication positive and trustworthy leadership strategic planning and critical thinking results-oriented, time management, and meeting facilitation software & tools: ms office, sap, syteline, ms project sinumerik, topsolid, nc simul, catia why join safran?
