in this role, you will work closely with the operations teams to provide data and analytical support for fulfillment center initiatives, root cause investigation of defects, and will provide support to insure compliance to operational-related sox requirements. Moreover, analyze data to support operational excellence initiatives, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support tools, and present findings to business partners to drive improvements in fulfillment center-wide quality and productivity.

basic qualifications
- high school or equivalent
- 1+ years of data analysis and formula creation in microsoft excel experience
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using excel
- 1+ years' experience extracting and processing data using sql.
- demonstrated experience pulling and analyzing data to aid in root cause identification and drive process improvement initiatives across the network
preferred qualifications
- experience with end-to-end project management
- bachelor's degree or equivalent
- english proficiency
