responsibilities
specific information about the area:
update the value stream mapping of the business units to accurately identify non-value-added activities, update cycle times and material/information flow, and establish a comprehensive continuous improvement plan that increases operational efficiency, reduces waste, and ensures alignment with current organizational standards.
* support video recording and time analysis activities on production lines.
* support the mapping of operations for each business unit.
* design standards for the plant’s visual factory system.

requirements
* availability for 1 year as an active student (enrolled at the university until june–july 2027).
* availability to cover 7 morning hours from monday to friday, preferably from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
* student of: industrial engineering, graphic design, or industrial and systems engineering.
* must have a federal taxpayer registry (rfc).
* english level: basic to intermediate (speaking, writing, and listening).
* positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
