how you will contribute
you will:
- ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experience- provide insight and direction to help us hit our targets and identify areas of improvement.
you will also use internal and external benchmarks to help business leaders set business/departmental goals-
- develop and execute a global asset reliability strategy to deliver best in class line efficiency, maintenance cost and storeroom inventory.- establish and maintain global standards for preventive and predictive maintenance.- lead the implementation of progressive maintenance techniques (tpm, rcm)- drive data-driven decision-making to improve asset performance.- drive usage of sap for maintenance and storeroom planning.
- collaborate with regional and plant teams to ensure alignment and effective execution through trainings, coaching visits and audits.

qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
- extensive experience more than 10 years in asset reliability and maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- proven track record of driving significant improvements in equipment reliability and uptime.
- strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- trained on sap pm and material management
- qualified as trainer and coach
- digital acumen
- english advanced is a must
- spanish or portuguese (preference)
- stakeholder management skills
