main responsibilities:
* punctuality and personalized service are crucial in ensuring an amazing meet-and-greet experience.
* you will be responsible for completing arrival and departure customer reports and submitting them to the operations team daily.
* provide welcome information to customers and retrieve contact details from those without an ids host.
* organize banners for private and concierge services throughout the day.
* evaluate services with specific amenities to ensure they are ready for passengers upon arrival (including food and beverages, car seats, disabled services, etc.).
* maintain accurate records of actual flight arrival and departure times.
* collaborate effectively with drivers, guides, and fleet teams to guarantee seamless airport operations and overall service improvements.
about you
* fluency in national local language and english is essential.
* previous experience working in in-destination airport logistics is highly desirable.
