we're looking for a lead content strategist & campaign manager to turn icanretire's growth priorities and roadmap into high‐performing, compliant, cross‐channel campaigns that drive measurable impact.
this is not a content operations role. This is a strategic leadership position at the center of the campaign pod — owning campaign integrity from concept to optimization.

key responsibilities strategy & campaign planning
* translate business goals and product roadmap into compelling campaign strategies and editorial narratives.
* turn audience insights and segmentation into clear messaging frameworks and content plans.
* define campaign kpis, channel mix, cadence, and success criteria.
* maintain a forward‐looking campaign and editorial roadmap aligned to growth priorities.
campaign orchestration & leadership
* act as the central point of coordination across writers, designers, copy editors, and delivery.
* lead campaign kickoffs, creative alignment sessions, and weekly pod standups.
* ensure briefs are complete, strategic, and execution‐ready.
* manage sequencing, dependencies, and cross‐channel alignment.
content governance & integrity
* own narrative consistency, editorial quality, and messaging integrity.
* ensure legal and compliance alignment across all content.
* maintain accuracy of data, claims, and disclosures.
* lead remediation when business, data, or compliance updates impact live content.
stakeholder & vendor management
* serve as the primary campaign contact for business owners and investment professionals.
* partner closely with marketing, product, audience, and distribution teams.
* manage relationships with external agencies and creative vendors.
* align with design resource studio leadership on capacity and creative direction.
performance & optimization
* own campaign performance tracking against defined kpis.
* partner with analytics to interpret results and generate insights.
* drive optimization loops and continuous improvement.
* deliver clear, executive‐ready reporting.
platforms & workflow ownership
* own creative workbench and percolate workflows within the pod.
* ensure metadata, approvals, publishing standards, and governance are followed.
