*core responsibilities*
- develop positive relationships with isps, telecom, content owners and distributors, it, data center, data transport and data security clients.
- act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients.
- resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers, working closely with internal teams.
- increase sales through effective funnel development, pipeline management, and successful deal closures.
- set and track sales account targets that align with company objectives.
- stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
*requirements*:
- proven experience as an account manager or sales account executive, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
- in-depth knowledge of the sales process in the telecom industry is highly preferred.
