Warranty claims analystat byd mexico, we are looking for a warranty claims analyst to support our after-sales operations and ensure the proper execution of warranty processes across our dealer network. Key responsibilities warranty management review and validate warranty claim reports submitted by dealers. Analyze the chain of evidence related to vehicle failures, ensuring technical and documentary accuracy. Ensure a high first-time acceptance rate of submitted warranty claims. Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, or process deviations before claim approval. Warranty policy implementation support and supervise dealers and service workshops to ensure compliance with byd warranty policies and service requirements. Implement and monitor claim reporting standards across the dealer network. Conduct warranty claim audits and provide feedback to service centers. Ensure correct execution of warranty procedures and service documentation. Payment follow-up track and follow up the warranty reimbursement and payment process once claims are approved. Claims reporting & analysis consolidate and organize warranty claim reports on a regular basis. Generate reports and summaries to identify failure trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities. Maintain updated claim databases and support reporting for management review.
