Responsibilities :

manage program success:
- drive multiple program teams to consistently achieve and exceed financial objectives
- accountable for customer satisfaction, program timing, program budgets, quality at launch and duration of program
- consistent application of opmobility program management tools; (i.e. Apqp, inpro.)
- continuous improvement on current programs
manage commercial success: - achieve and exceed material margin, ebit and roce objectives
- accountable for customer satisfaction
- negotiation with purchasing
- purchase order management for piece price and tooling
- manage cost reduction expectations of customer
- manage customer center service expectations
- manage customer rating "balanced scorecard"
profile :
- bachelor degree in business or engineering required. Master's degree a plus
- minimum of 15 years automotive experience
- 3-4 years managerial/program management experience
- fuel systems supplier experience desired
