Recruitment manager
we are seeking a highly skilled recruitment manager to lead our labor relations strategy and oversee key hr functions.
the successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing labor relations strategies, including collective bargaining, contract administration, and building proactive relationships with union representatives.
about the role:
* lead the development and execution of the company's labor relations strategy, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
* partner with senior leadership to conduct internal investigations, analyze data for risk mitigation, and develop action plans to improve the overall employee experience.
* oversee performance review cycles, employee engagement programs, and other key hr functions.
requirements:
* a minimum of 5 years of progressive hr experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to a labor relations or employee relations leadership role.
* proven experience leading a team or complex projects.
* demonstrated expertise in collective bargaining agreement negotiation and administration.
* strong understanding of federal and state labor laws, particularly the national labor relations act (nlra).
* exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
