roles & responsibilities
ensure the completion of the mp&l parts supply analysts and supervisors (rfu) activities.
* make sure the entire team is trained and have all the accesses and equipment to perform their jobs.
* define and monitor the rfu’s activities by providing them a formal std function to be followed.
* lead the internal inventory meetings and track actions with mp&l team with the purpose to keep close monitoring on the inventory road map.
* work on the inventory root causes and action plans in order to achieve the goals defined by the company.
* support monitoring inventory levels for the top spend suppliers on a daily basis.
* prepare the file for presentation on the inventory meetings with vp operations america region.
* attend to the inventory meetings and support/backup the mp&l senior manager on the presentation when needed.
* prepare and present the rfu information on the monthly inventory meeting.
* attend to the mp&l weekly internal review meeting and present the inventory road map.
* participate actively on the operations: daily status meeting.
* participate actively on the daily critical shortage pl’s meeting.
* lead the critical run outs meetings with commercial, customer focus, and customer service.
* lead the daily rfu kick‑off meetings and define the daily priorities.
* prepare and present rfu kpi’s to be presented on the weekly kpi review meeting.
* attend to / support on customer specific meetings.
* lead and/or support on all escalation meetings needed.
* attend to all supply chain allocations meetings needed.
* support on all matters of escalation involving the rfu activities.
* send formal communication to the corporate team regarding the most critical shortages with high risk of impact on the site.
* instigate the team to get to the root causes both for their main shortages and high inventory levels.
* work on improvement projects for the team in order to get to higher levels of performance and accuracy.
* support on rq’s and aetc’s approvals when needed.
* data integrity: support on assuring pp parameters review.
